Hi there

Does anyone know of any regular classical music concerts or performances that goes on around in Beijing? Performances of ensembles, orchestras or soloists, whether instrumental or vocal/choirs?

I bet that there must be some performances somewhere during Christmas. Maybe some churches or something? I'm not religious though but I do really enjoy classical music and I do miss going to see some performances sometimes.

I know that there are probably regular performances at the major theaters or concert halls but they are often pretty expensive. I wouldn't mind going to those sometimes, but I'm just wondering if there are other places that has regular performances.

Maybe the music schools or conservatories? Wouldn't they have regular performances by their students? I wouldn't mind supporting them or other organizations/institutions.

But what are some of the major concert halls that has regular concerts or performances? I only know the Grand National Theater (the Dome), the Forbidden City Concert Hall and the Beijing Concert Hall. Any other recommended ones?
