Are Human Rights Reports Useful or Useless?

On the one hand, I'm for promoting human rights and pointing out abuses. On the other hand, I agree with the Russians that the U.S. & Europe, and Western NGOs, are hypocrites.

US probably has become a religious organization. US wants to expand its own ideas to other countries, because US is the most powerful country in the world currently.

The problem is many people might view such reports as pointless or ineffective right up to the moment they are the victim... so yes of course they are important.

He's trying to do damage control. There are big anti-Putin demonstrations going on. He's been the leader for 12 years, people want him out.
