ROFL - that is the worst attempt to bring a post to the top of a list ever. You might as well have replied:
"No one replied - we are desperate but still unwilling to pay a reasonable salary. Any takers?"
This is NOT the classifieds and if you are going to ask for 2 years exp and a TEFL for a Primary school then I suggest you at least print the job information or change the title to: "Generic Job seeking overqualified teacher. High level of gullibility preferred."
ADMIN - please delete this damn topic. Thanks

Unfortunately this is a resplendent example of some of the braindeads that teachers have to by-pass in their pursuit of employment,so it gives you an indivcation of how seriously the school values it's HR strategy.

Sigh
This is how it will really go:
Are you a native speaker?
No
Have you got teaching experience?
No
Have you got any kind of qualifications?
No
Are you white?
Yes
YOU ARE HIRED!
Personally I think that it is actually counter effective to higher a native speaker for Elementary Schools. They can't handle the class because of the lack of Chinese, children don't take class seriously and the fact is you don't need a foreigner to teach kids - cat, apple, hello etc
