I need a book to help me get out of this situation.
I'm not a virgin anymore and whenever I read words online that says women who lose virginity before marriage have no hope in life at all, I almost wanna kill myself.
But the guy who took away my virginity, I hope I will never see him!
Plus, my family is putting pressure on me.
I want to learn psychology, but they are against my option by saying that I can't find a good job.
I want to feel better and hopeful again.

I don't know about chinese guys, but for me that would be a relatively minor issue.
Virgins are few and far between these days after all.
And gals with much more colorful histories than yours settle down and marry all the time.
So buck up and find yourself a good guy that u can fall in love with.
If he feels the same about you, he should have little difficulty in accepting your youthful indiscretion.
What's key is that the love is there. If you've found *that*, everything else can be worked out.
Galaxies don't move Sciency. They're in a fixed position.

You simply cannot be serious? Such a little thing. Everyone has a "past" or you would think they were wierd, right? So don't worry no mo.
But I'm a guy so I cannot give you what you want or keep you happy very long. (We don't listen and just try to solve problems.)
Sorry, I don't know of any book to recommend to honor your request. Be patient, soon enough I trust someone will offer one.....

Psychology probably will not help you. Research shows that the only people they really help are people with phobias. (Sadly.)
The Purity Myth by Jessica Valenti has helped my friends out quite a bit. Granted, my friends are Western and this book was written for Westerners, but pretty much all of her arguments can be applied to the Chinese view of female sexuality as well. Just replace "religious Christians" with "traditional Chinese culture" and you're good to go!
