Visa Question (F-Visa, health test, double-entry)

Hey Beijinger's,

im going to study at UIBE for one semester and next week id like to apply for the visa at the chinese embassy. Is it correct, that I don't have to take a health test, since i will be in china for less than 180 days?

In addition to that, I don't really understand the re-entry regulations in china. I would like to leave and reenter china at least once in this 5-6 months. In the Visa application, I can select between

1. One entry
2. Two entries
3. Several entries

but a friend of mine told me, that i have to select "one entry", but i could "re-apply" for another entry at my university in beijing. Is that correct? Is there an office in my university that can give me another visa so that i can reentry china without a problem?

Thanks in advance,

Ferdi
