the most famous hot springs in beijing is Jiuhua Resort&Convention center（九华山庄）.
in inner city, you can go to Shunjing spring center (顺景温泉）.it's the biggest spring center indoor.
but i'm afraid there is no outdoor spring in beijing.

The purpose of building the wall is to protect the country from invaders. The Great Wall passes through provinces of China beginning from the Shanhaiguan Pass to the Jiayuguan Pass.

Yulin Tangquan Spa Resort in the western suburbs of Beijing is a good choice for you I think.
It is traditional and there are outside pool.
