The best time to visit India is when those filthy animals stop using their hand to clean their anus after releasing their feces. No wonder they usually smell like they have been living in a sewer.
I don't care how much they try to make it seem sanitary. I do not care how many times they "wash" their hands". It should turn the stomach of any civilized person to even think about doing such a thing.
Indians are dirty, uncivilized people that live in a dirty, uncivilized country. So, I guess to answer your question about the best time to visit...anytime, as long as you don't mind experiencing the conditions of one the filthiest places on earth.

There is nothing wrong with his selection of the word 'should' in this instance as he is suggesting a type of expected obligation. You however, might want to brush up on forming proper questions.

I don't think so. My question was perfectly fine. Should offers an opinion not an option not a choice. It is inadequate to the sentence.
I have experienced your grammar choices before so I am very suspicious when you offer advice.

Do you even read the website you posted? 'Should' conveys advice, but also expectations and/or obligations. His expectation is that people should feel sick about about their behavior. Are we clear?
Also, your question "Don't you think it might or it could or it can?"....is terrible. You really can't see anything wrong with that?
Thanks for replying me however i want to see the different states of India to enjoy my holidays India and also want to explore different culture and traditions of India.Visiting to this beautiful country is like dream come true.
I get to know about the best places to visit in India through the below mentioned links and India is really a nice country to visit.
If you are an adventure enthusiast, then head towards Himalayan. You ought to visit these regions in the month of March to May and September to November as this time period is ideal for trekking and Mountain Climbing in the Himalayas.
Depends where you intend to visit i.e. north/south,as different regions have different weather.Generally best to avoid the wet or monsoon season, and the hot season.
If you are back-packing ensure your jabbed up for everything, but generally in respectable hotels you are safe but recommend having something to bung your butt-hole up just in case!
(Before someone jumps in,the butt-hole bunging is referring to anti-diahhorea remedies and not intended with a sexual connotation).
