I have a special tradition I invented to celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year's Eve. It's by making jiaozi from the meat of whatever animal year we're entering into. (ie. in Chicken Year I made chicken jiaozi, Pig Year I made pork jiaozi, etc)
So do you happen know which market sells Dragon meat, or do I have to go out and slay one myself?
