Making new friends in Beijing! 23 year old social guy.

Hello everyone! I am moving to Beijing, near Longze stationg to teach Kindergarten for a year as of September 1st 2012. This is very exciting for me.

I am posting this with hopes to meet people before I arrive. I love night life and meeting new people. I would like to hang out when ever I am not working and experience what ever fun Beijing has to offer.

Let me know if you are interested in being friends, showing me around, or getting a bite to eat at a wonderful restaraunt!!?

Just moved here myself, and making friends doesn't seem to be too hard. Luckily, I had one friend already living here in Wudaokou, so as soon as I got off the plane, I was headed to the bars to meet up with new people of all sorts of nationalities. Longze isn't too far away from Wudaokou, where there are a few big universities and a decent-sized expat community.

The only problem is, a lot of people our age that live here now might be gone by September. But you should be able to meet a few people that are sticking around for awhile.

Im in wudaokou at the moment and would love to go out and meet people in the bars but I know literally no one here and being a young white girl I'm pretty sure people will think im a hooker if I hang out in bars alone....
