i have often hear taxi drivers tell me that i should marry a beijing guy when i take taxies, and beijing girls seems also feel superiorer about themselves, often i hear beijing girls say they dont like none beijingers since they suspect other guys all want to marry them for appartments etc...
this is kind of arrogant attitude, while i dont give a f*** to beijing people, they are lazy and arrogant(most of them).
is anything to be proud of

It comes from a life of doting parents. Beijingers made the money before most other places in China, they then spoiled their kids. Their kids have never had to work hard in life and have no concept of what is valuable. Sometimes people like this get what's coming to them.

did not ask a question, just showing my unhappiness. that beijing people tell me to marry a beijing guy, they believe i would love to, but the opposit. i dont like beijing guys who are lazy have many aapartments but do bad work. and i dont really appreciate beijing guys. and i dont care a beijing hukou

Not only Beijing people think they're the dogs bollocks - Shanghai, Hong Kong . . . all big city people. I'm friends with a Chinese guy who used to be all arrogant about being from Shanghai . . . until he studied in the UK. Now he thinks Shanghai is a dump and is waiting for a UK passport.

I don't know if this also happens in other countries as significant as it is here in China.
I don't think Beijing people are particularly arrogant, it simply happens anywhere, like in Qingdao, the downtown people somehow feel they are superior than waidi ren or suburban people, even in the downtown, there are some kind of area-caste, lol.
I am not sure, but someone people say it's part of Chinese culture, or it's another proof of Chinese 劣根性(bad virtue)
I reckon most Chinese posters would probably experience the same, if you go to any Chinese news portal and click random single news, in the discussion board of it, it's usually inevitaly leads to some ugly quarrel like: oh shandong dogs bark again; Shut up! you beijing bitch; hahha, I will f*** your nongmin mama.

Actually I'd say Beijing or Shanghai, Guangzhou people should be somehow more open-minded as half of population in town should be waidiren.

Yeah, but I've had experiences with Beijingers that most Chinese may not. Many times I've had conversations with Beijing people where they start telling me how Beijing people are much more high-class and civilized and the rest of China is sh*t. I doubt they would say this to someone from another part of China as it would end up in an argument. I even had a cab driver once pointing to well-dressed people and telling me they were Beijing ren, then pointing and laughing at street merchants and telling me they were Henan ren...etc.
I demand good spices.

I also realized that some users really don't have a life. Cool Girl, you've been here for 7 months and posted already 1,948 times... which brought back to a daily figure means an average of 8.9 posts a day!!!! 95% of being total rubbish by the way.
