Does anyone know how to get German TV stations like RTL, SAT1, Pro7, ARD, ZDF?

I am downloading Die Deutschen (ZDF)(2008). There is no speed currently. Do you want its link?

There is little chance to watch German channels via satellite etc. If you are lucky, you probably will find them on youku or tudou to watch them online.
