n00b question about mopeds/scooters

Is there a place in Chaoyang where I can buy a moped or scooter? If so, about how much do they run here? Also, is it a big pain to get a license? Thanks for any information.

Hi! I found that there are a number of store for both the two-wheel &
three-wheel variety on north Dongsi Street, South of Beixinqiao. They can also
be found online with evidently free delivery at Bikesbeijing.com.

Prices from 1500 to 4000 based on size and upgrades -disk brakes recommended for starters! Consider Li-Ion upgrade as well.
