ielts examiner: undergrad or equivalent..what's that mean??
hey guys, been searching the net all afternoon and can't find the answer so i'll post my question here
... i've downloaded and been looking into applying to be an ielts examiner..i meet all the requirements like 3 years teaching, tefl, etc... but they state as follows:
"•An undergraduate degree or a qualification which can be demonstrated to be equivalent to an undergraduate degree."
I'm wondering what they mean by equivalent? i can find this sentence over and over on the net but nothing explaining equivalent in what way? if i have 2 college diplomas (2 years each) that add up to 4 years does that count? or if i have a 2year diploma related to Chinese studies does that count because this diploma is more relevant than say a degree in accounting? anyone had any experience or any thoughts on this?
thanks
