Tailor for Female Clothes - Any Good Ones?

I'm trying to find some good tailor shops for women's clothes but didn't get anything satisfied yet. I don't want any suit or work clothes at all but something unique, with a little bit of Chinese culture or ethnic elements in but not too much.
Does anyone know any good place for that? It would also be ok if it's not tailor made. I pretty like a brand called Red-hero. Some of the clothes there got taste, with good design and fine fabric. But the size is a bit too Chinese - too tight on the chest but a bit too loose on waistline for me...

Theres a studio i visited a few times in the 'Liangmaqiao Lu' area.
The few dresses she made for me were very unique. She is very easy going and very friendly.
I used always struggle to find good tailors and designers untill i found her.
She worked in Australia for over 20 year so she is very familiar with western women's body lines and shapes also styling preferences and needs.
There are a wide variety of fabrics that you can choose from.
You mentioned you wanted something with a little bit of Chinese culture or ethnic elements in the dress, she makes can also make Modern styled cheongsam [旗袍]
