Mac OS X Lion Apps/Softwares programing

Anyone know a school or a group where i can learn how to create apps/softwares for Mac OS X here in Beijing? I'm not planing to take a long long general class but only a direct class with mainly Xcode cocoa. Even a one to one tutoring will be interesting for me. I am very interested as well, just started discovering Objective-C and the Cocoa Touch framework recently.
babalao, I recommend you to take a look at the official Apple support/training files:
- developer.apple.com
- 'iPad and iPhone Application Development' in iTunes U
Anyone else in this stuff? Any experienced developers around here?

I'm not looking for buying a Mac computer, I want to find a school to learn OSX apps/software programming.
And in case there is no school only for teaching Mac Apps coding in Beijing, i will be glad to meet with anyone who have the knowledge and willing to teach me how to code Mac applications.
