Dec 22,2008 Launch Party for the 2009 edition of the Insider's Guide to Beijing

To celebrate the release of the fifth edition of the Insider’s Guide to Beijing, Immersion Guides held a launch party at China Lounge on 22 December. Shelley Jiang, the Project Editor, briefed the crowd on what’s new in the 2009 Guide, after which people settled down to celebrate in fine style. What with China Lounge’s hospitality, ice cream from Awfully Chocolate, and lucky draw prizes from Plastered T-Shirts, Cross and Embassy House, it was a memorable night and a great way to mark the release of Beijing’s best English language guidebook!
