April 15, 2008 Newcomers Salt and Chef Too joined long-time award winners Alameda, Annie's and Made in China as the most decorated dining establishments in the 2008 that's Beijing Reader Restaurant Awards, presented April 15 at a gala ceremony at CJW. Da Dong Roast Duck and Salt shared top honors in the Restaurant of the Year category. Fifty-six restaurants in all were decorated in the annual balloting, which takes place each spring. Sponsors Jebsen Fine Wines, Stella Artois and Arabica Coffee provided wine, beer and coffee to the guests, while Pantry Magic Kitchen Tools, Renewal Spa Club and Immersion Guides all donated free vouchers or products to winners and voters.
