I friend met with a small accident and burnt his finger.

A Doctor at the emergency took absolutely great care .

Not only he talked so well giving confidence and reassurance that things will be alright,but treated but fast and with real genuine interest without making sure he wasnt taking too many pills or just to make sure the customer overpays.

He was modest and humble .He was a very senior doctor.

All other staff we interacted were also very empathetic and caring.
