Tried Vegan Hut the other day and found their food to be interesting -- the tofu burger was half decent and the Vietnamese spring rolls were quite tasty (though I must admit I missed the shrimp).

The service was a little weird, as the waitress inexplicably gave our party of 2 three identical menus and reacted to our order as if she had never heard of the dishes we were ordering.
