I think the listing gives a hint to the problem here:

Huh?

No offense, as the Scandinavian countries are gorgeous, the people fantastic, and the cuisine delicious... but I don't know of anyone who's ever been like... "Damn, I could really go for a Norwegian Pizza right about now."

That's what it nets out to. A Scandinavian restaurant, manned by Chinese, cooking a quintessentially Italian (or arguably Italian/American in recent years) dish. Just doesn't jive.

The staff is nice enough, the service is good, and the restaurant is clean and well appointed. But... seriously... Scandinavian pizza. Within a 2 minute walk there are at least 5 places I can think of that serve outstanding pies.
