Have gone to the Den hundreds of times and the staff is very friendly. They all know me and I never got any problem there, service is quick and efficient. I have a bottle of Whiskey at the bar for a couple of months now and even after weeks of not using it, when I needed a Whiskey, the level of the remaining Whiskey (and the kind of Whiskey) were unchanged. I guess it depends on how you approach them, I have seen many people being rude and unfriendly to the waitresses, a lot of people at the Den get very pissed and aggressive and then blame the service.

It's a bit annoying that they have this strange new rule that you have to order a drink. This is a decision by the boss so the waitresses are in a difficult position. But if you approach them in a normal way, you can have food without a drink. I tried.

What is really annyoing at the Den are the noisy Kiwis, Aussies, Americans and whoever...who may sometimes even not have enough money to buy another drink.
