This is a place for people to post reviews not for you defend your policies. Mr. Zippy left an honest review of what he thought of your establishment and you have the nerve to come on the review section of this site and lecture him? Get over yourself. This person had a bad experience at your bar/lounge. I have heard many many people say the exact same things about your business. Your attitude makes me want to avoid your place at all costs.

Same goes for the guy that keeps posting the review of the Indian place in Shaungjing. People, nobody wants to hear from owners and managers in this section. I know your competition will sometimes try to leave unfair reviews but most people can see through the fake reviews.

Just let people speak their minds about their experiences without polluting the review section.
