This is more of a thank you note to the staff and management at the Dali Courtyard
for what I can only call the BEST food in Beijing. Pure Chinese cuisine in BEIJING I couldnt believe it. Just as I was being blinded by all that 'Element Fresh' nonsense
about western blahblahblah..........
If I want western food im not going to be here far enough East that just a little bit further will plonk me in the Pacific Ocean. Twits. The Dali Courtyard is what should be called the 'Restaurantof the year'.
That is of course if such an award is handed out to people who dont spend the most on advertising.
Dali Courtyard walks on any establishment in this city.
What a delight.
