Visiting after a two week trip to Thailand, I found this spot to be authentic and charming -- I especially like the intimate interior of the place (which was formerly the Purple Vine teahouse). One unfortunate part is the bathroom, which smell rather pungently in an old hutong courtyard sort of way.
