Review of Fubar
A very good place, except for 2 things:
- don't have Turkmen vodka "Serdar" anymore (main reason I went there)
- if you don't have RMB on you - waiters will try to rip you off on the exchange rate (e.g. offer 5 instead of 6.75) - so agree the exrate with them prior to paying.
because of the above only give it 4 out of 5 stars.

What, you thought you were at a bank? Did you ever consider carrying RMB with you? IMO they did you a favor by taking your dollars.
