I echo and second everything you mentioned in your review. We went during happy hour where drinks were supposed to be 2 for 1. Waiters appeared to have no idea about this. Not sure if this was done intentionally so that customers who didn't insist on the waiters checking again would pay the full price. So we finally got this sorted out and waiter no. 1 confirmed happy hour was 4 to 8pm. We sat down and wanted to order. Waiter no. 2 came. We asked if we could get two different cocktails for each one of us and we were happy to pay for the higher priced one. Waiter asked who we got news of happy hour from because apparently nobody told him. He went inside to 'wen yi xia'. He came back and again confirmed that yes it was indeed happy hour but we could only order two similar cocktails for the 2 for 1 promotion. Ok so nevermind that.when we got the bill,we were not surprised at all when we saw all the drinks were charged at full price. We pointed that out to waiter no. 3. He said it wasn't happy hour and asked who told us about it. We pointed at the other 2 waiters. He went inside to 'wen yi xia'. After 10 mins he brought the revised bill. We will not go back again even if it's the only bar left in town!
