Not even quite sure where to begin describing the disaster of an evening we experienced in this establishment...

We arrived as a party of nine (Chinese and foreign alike) so were quite surprised with the utter lack of proper communication experienced. As language should not have been a problem, we must attribute it to poor (or no) training of the waitstaff.

Our drinks arrived at nearly ten minute intervals, and the water had to be requested nearly five times and finally arrived 40 minutes later.

The food was mediocre at best, portions were small, many dishes were lukewarm and our requests to have it reheated were refused. We were also told to dish out and serve the soup to our group ourselves.

Near the end, the whole of groups' mood had plummeted and we just tried to scarf the food down so we could depart the premises as quickly as possible.

It would be difficult to find a single redeeming factor of this evening.
