I have been to xin jiang, and i have to say it is hard to find the real "zhua fan" a.k.a. polo in most of the Xin Jiang restaurants in Beijing.

But Crescent moon does very good zhua fan and it is just as good as you get. Carrot, lamb, on top of oily fried rice. yum!!! They have other typical xin jiang dishes too.

Another good thing about this place is none-smoking. I will defin go back there.
