Review of Kokomo
One of the places I always end up going to... Often a meeting point to start the night off with. Great rooftop. Nothing fancy but consistently a good time. You can sit and just chill at one of the tables or hit the dance floor which seems to move around sometimes by the bar and sometimes on one side under the covered area. drinks are mediocre.

I went here once last year, and enjoyed a full late afternoon/early evening of vodka tonics with a view. Unfortunately, every time I've gone back to repeat the experience, I've arrived at a venue that's either locked up or appears to be closed. Mind you, this has always been during the same late afternoon/early evening hours as before. What gives? I'd really like to patronize this place more, but if you keep disappointing me after the long walk up those stairs...
