1. A soft yellowish or whitish emulsion of butterfat, water, air, and sometimes salt, churned from milk or cream and processed for use in cooking and as a food.
Should not need to tell this to a French person but this yellowish gold is what is desperately missing at Crepanini. The food (apart from lack of butter) is good. Panini is actually quite yummy if you want nice sandwich just ask for it without the side salad (a piece of lettuce soaked in vinaigrette that will seep into your panini). Would like to give it 3 and a half stars because its only lacking butter, and the service is average but then again good service is hard to find in Beijing.
