Went there on a Tuesday for the halfprice tickets. I like the selection of snacks, and the seats are decent and picture and sounds great. Can be recommended to anyone who needs a break from watching pirates DVDs on small TVs.
Most Chinese movies shown there have English subtitles, but make sure to inquire in advance before showing up.
