As we were dining beside the kitchen I noticed that the olive oil (curious about the brand) was actually out of date since June, worrying considering it has a shelf life of 3 years. I mentioned this to the waitress who told the kitchen staff. They unbelievably discarding the bottle only after saving the contents for cooking later.
When we had just finished our desserts an obviously frantic manageress asked us to leave as they needed the table, I can appreciate that they were busy but we were only 2 people and it could have been done is a much more pleasant manner. They also did not mention this when we began our meal.
With so much competition in this market we shall be trying alternative establishments despite what is a nice looking restaurant with good food.
