I haven't been there for dinner but their lunch spread is phenomenal. Salad/Soup, main course and a light desert...oh yeah and a beer at a discounted price. The soup options are excellent, don't recommend the salad as much but the main course options are great. The reviews below talking about getting "the runs," I'm sure it happens at just about any foreign restaurant in Sanlitun from time to time so I guess I've been lucky then.

Now on to the beer...its fantastic. Yeah its not cheap but if you want to drink watered down tsingdao then you can find that anywhere...not here. The beer choices, all three are delicious. Easily the best in Beijing if you have the palette to appreciate it.

I agree the staff is quite awkward in their "costumes," yes they really seem more like costumes than authentic attire. The decor is spot on so they get the nod for authenticity there.

In summation, great place for happy hour I wouldn't spend all night here just because of the prices but its a good start to get a buzz with a couple litres.
