Review of Da Dong Roast Duck
The title speaks for itself
That's what happened when my family and I had New Years Eve dinner there and got F00D P0IS0INING before daylight even hit. Poor sis had to throw up her whole dinner and got into cold sweat =(
The worst part is the management was really unfriendly, unhelpful and IN DENIAL when I phoned up to complain
I suppose that's what you get when they realise you're a LaoWai and don't think you can do much to complain about them
So here's me sharing my 2 cents worth

Bull$hit, I'm calling BS on this one right now. I have eaten here over 100 times in my 8 years in the city and every single meal has been absolutely perfect. This is not only one of the best restaurants in Beijing but the world, google this restaurant you will see world class reviews everywhere from the NYT to bobby flay.

come on even the best restaurants can be pools of bacteria.....if we just followed reviews blindly and said zagat says its good so that means noone can have a bad experience there,,,,thats b.s. pal.
Ive read suck up reviews that tell of the wonders of certain restaurants and experienced quite the opposite.
Plus some people are sensitive to bacteria, not like you Lao beijing who along with the smog have found a way to ward off infection since your body has been constantly been under bombardment.
I frankly trust that this guy is saying is an isolated incident that happened, and management chose to ignore his calls, when restaurants dont care then they lose my dollar, so thanks for telling your experience. And sorry Mr Sycophantic I believe all the reviews that are paid for....
