Never bothered to email me a response to my inquiry

Emailed them inquiring about tickets to the States a few weeks back. I received a reply from an individual who not only couldn't seem to spell my name correctly (after I pointed out the correct spelling to him twice), but also never bothered to reply to me with a price quote. I ended up booking with another agency.

China Tour Star , doing a good job.

I have used China Tour Star in 2009 ,I think they are very respoble and the service is very very good , but they don't do the International flights ,they only China Private tous ,customized tours.

we truly enjoyed every aspect of our trips booked with China Tour Star. We enjoyed each city and found that all our guides were knowledgeable, friendly and informed.

Once again, we had a fantastic time and thank you for arranging such a wonderful trip.
