Good but not great
I have to admit that my expectations were extremely high. It was said by a few fellow Americans that this was the best burger they had ever had. The burger was good but not the best i've ever had. The portion was large and i would hope so for the price. The service was good after a bit of an incident during seating. We were a party of 4 and they did not have a table yet so the server told us it would be a few minutes and to wait at the bar area for the next available table. We sat at the bar and waited for the others in our party. A few minutes later a group of 4 Chinese customers walked in demanding a table and getting a little loud with the server when she told them we would get the next table for 4. As they were clearing our table and looking directly at us, they gave our table to the Chinese customers. I've lived in China long enough that I understand the whole not waiting in line thing but I would think at a western restaurant they would honor the first come first serve rule. We were seated at the next available table and our service from then on was fine. If my friends are meeting here i'll go back but I think the burger, prices, atmosphere and service at 1F are much better.

I agree, the burger was okay, very expensive and the service was disjointed severely. We ordered burgers and fries, the fries came before the drinks were delivered and when I told the server to please bring the fries with the food, she looked very puzzled. So she took them back and then tried to serve me the very same fries almost 10 minutes later when my food arrived. As for the burgers, which would have been really cool to have recieved them all at once like they were ordered, they came over a 10 minute span of time with which my mom who ordered first got her burger last?? Some one should look at western service rules and help the staff understand that these things should be served together and not in pieces and if I had wanted my fries before my burger, I would have asked to have them brought first. Not a bad experience, but it will make me question wheather or not to take my friends there when they come from the states
