I went for the 49rmb buffet, and was expecting bad service. My group sat at the table furthest from the kitchen, and while sometimes we had to ask for them to bring us pizza, the servers were very good and kept bringing us what we asked for. We had a gap of 30 minutes where they didn't bring anything around, but as soon as we asked, they brought us more stuff immediately.

Just ask them to bring you what you want.
