This place has a lot going for it:

- Really good hotpot
- Fresh ingredients
- snacks and other stuff (games, boot polishing, nails) while you wait (and you will probably have to wait)
- Good selection of self-serve condiments
- invariably good service
- half-portions can be ordered if there's just a couple of you
- good atmosphere
- Kids welcome

I've only been to the Jinsong branch but seems the reviews are equally good for other branches.
