Is that because its in village restauarants should overcharge.
Does being in Village makes you snooty, that you charge because you anyway have
a lot of rich chinese shoppers to splurge. I feel exactly this is the reason to overcharge.
Because Union bar and grill overcharges so you do too !

If the restaurant would want the genuine customers to come back then dont
overcharge.
Secondly the meat like pork etc are good quality and one feels eating same kind of meat on the sanlitun bar street lane.

The Singapore boss had welcomed me once and seemed sincere before has gone crazy .
He has lost touch that he has do an authentic job.

Its more like chinese restaurant,completely,except menu names and prices.
