We always go the one in Bai Jia Zhuang. Outstanding service, valet parking, and the best hotpot ever. Whenever someone from out of town comes for a visit, this place is on the list of must go places. The egg meatballs, shrimp balls, duck blood tofu, and scallop balls are my personal favorites. It gets crowded but what do you expect from the best hotpot spot in town?
