Over the years I have become friends with the waitresses here. Astonishingly, most have worked for this tiny jiaozi restaurant for over 5 years – an unheard of amount of town given how hard it is to attract and maintain staff. All along the way I have enjoyed their service, many times their humor and most of all the fantastic food. Although this restaurant bills itself as a jiaozi restaurant there are other foods one can order. And many are very much above average. But when in doubt stick with the namesake. There isn’t any better jiaozi in the city. Period.
