I was so lucky to meet Hemanth at Prana Vikasa Yoga school. I had many problems with my neck, back and knees, because of years of sitting/writing and sports injuries. After a few months of practice, most of my problems have gone, and I have built up so much inner strength which give me power to play a lot better in other sports.
The day you start practicing yoga, is the day you stop aging!
