I went to Chill Bar for the first time last night. What a fabulous place!
What I immediately noticed upon gazing at the menu were the prices: they're low. Chill bar isn't dirt cheap, but the prices are reasonable.
A decent sized pizza for two is roughly 60 rmb. I had the four-cheese pizza and it was fantastic. Not the best pizza in town (that honor still goes to La Pizza, with Tube Station a distant second), but quite tasty and definitely well-priced. I also had a basket of fries for 25 rmb (good, not exceptional, but hard to get fries wrong). The tuna sandwich and others were roughly 28 rmb.
I didn't have anything to drink, but the cocktails my friends ordered were colorful and fun. And they must have been good because the drinks kept coming.
The environment is cozy, the tables wooden and quaint. The location is at the top of Andingmennei Dajie, a 2-3 minute walk from Andingmen station exit A.
I won't hesitate to head back, perhaps during the day for a sandwich and coffee.
