Pretty awful service

Used their wechat service to order, called over an hour later to ask why I hadn't gotten my food yet, they said they were out of what I ordered and that they called and sent a text to follow up. Of course, got neither of those. The operator seemed way too anxious to get off the phone so I said I wouldn't be using them again and got a rushed "Sorry, goodbye" *hangup*

If your system doesn't work properly, dont use it. Sloppy and lazy service.
