It seems like there are two places. This review mostly about the one behind the main road, on a quiet street.
I remember the one on profile picture was ok when i've been there 1 year ago, but nothing memorable, never would visit for the second time.
Now the one behind the main road is a real deal, been there 2 times recently and it was really good, prices are very reasonable. One of the best russian cuisine in Beijing in my opinion.
Be sure to order a jug of a cold KVASS, one of the best drinks in hot summer, very refreshing, though second time i was there it was served not cold. They definitely make it there because it is very good, fresh and have distinctive bread flavor.
Dressed herring, salmon with some french fries, steak baked with potato under cheese topping (56￥), very delicious.
Beware NOT to order OKROSHKA (cold kvass soup with chopped vegetables and meat or fish), it is made with the same KVASS but they somehow messed it up really bad.
