Review of Windy City Ballroom
it might seem far away and it is.. but for 40 to 50 rmb cab fare, you can get your self to a lovely well maintained hideaway with great scenery and decent affordable food. Steaks are kickass, the daily specials insane and the drinks are strong. The food sometimes takes a while to come out but it's mostly worth the wait.
