Review of Din Tai Fung
The signature dish of Din Tai Fung is the xiao long bao which are delicate, flavorful and made with thin skins so you can enjoy the meat filling and soup inside each dumpling. All of the noodle and wonton dishes are good and great for sharing. The dessert buns filled with red bean paste were surprisingly pleasant, light and not at all heavy. Great place for taking larger groups of friends and family.
