I overheard Andy talking to some friends of his while I was eating dinner one night talking about how important quality was to him. As an American who lived in Minnesota for a few years and ate plenty of Sausages I was interested. I didn't want to disturb his dinner so when I saw him at the Great Burger Roundup I was interested in trying one.
The flavor profile was very good, I would give it a 8.5 out of 10 and the only reason I would not give it a higher score is that it did not have enough "heat" for my tastes although I understand that most Chinese people tend not to like to much spice as a Southern Californian Mexican Food eating person might.
So if you have not tried one of Andy's Craft Sausages then you are missing out on a very nice sausage that not only tastes good but with the quality and safety that you would appreciate.
