We gave Charcoal its final chance. After having suffered through partly raw chicken, nachos with few toppings and a dry baked potato, we optimistically decided to give them another chance, although we now question why we even bothered. We were the only customers (obviously others had given them enough chances), but the service was indifferent. We got the wrong beers, only corrected after one of the staff sniffed (!) our beer. The chili was served in a wok-like bowl, and more resembled a bolognese sauce, to which you were given raw onions to add. No beans? The sausages were not cooked through and the fries were quickly cold. Cannot recommend, unless you like awful, or undercooked food, haphazard service and beer types you didn't order.
