When I walked in, the service quick. A south-Asian man, who appeared to be an owner, was quick to seat me and take my order. He gave me a dirty look when I ordered ice-water instead of something off the over-priced drink menu. He never brought the water, but I didn't get a chance to request it, because once he brought my food, I never saw him until I got out of my seat to track him down so that could pay.

It took a longer than it should have for my food to come (although not ridiculously long), but when it did arrive, the chicken was over-cooked and the vegetables were hardly better. The curry was delicious, but the tiny bowl of rice that I was bought wasn't much help in enjoying it.

The room was far too cold and my toes were freezing by the time I finished eating. Worse yet, with no music playing, all I had to listen to was the extremely loud noise from the kitchen and the obnoxious sound of all the other customers phones altering them to incoming text messages at the highest possible volume.

I will never go back.

I agree. This place also bills itself as Malaysian. Our Malaysian friend told us it sucked so we avoided it. One day we went in for Thai and didn't like it at all. Poor service, dirty menus, below average food. This place wouldn't survive if it weren't so close to Nanluoguxiang where it can serve a few random foreigners per day for the next 50 years.
